Close to motorway, nice pool, bar and takeaway open, fresh bread.
Getting to pitch difficult in a large caravan. Large rock in track unable to miss, also plants/ bushes and tree make access difficult and potential to cause damage to caravan. Have to go real slow try not to get scratches.

Nice pitch close to pool and bar. Note EHU had reverse polarity.
Route to pitch past first toilet block narrow, needs clearing and levelling as stones, trees and bushes make access difficult. Signs to caravan pitches non existent.

Mal à l’aise. Fuite dans le mobil home deux fois à cause de la pluie et ce malgré après nous avoir assuré la première fois que c’était solutionné. Nous avons passé une partie de notre séjour à nettoyer et quand on a demandé un geste commercial on a eu le ménage inclus (cela nous en sommes satisfaits) et un avoir pour l’année prochaine alors qu’on a perdu du temps sur nos vacances. Plus jamais! Service client honteux, condescendant et loin des valeurs que Ciela Village dit promouvoir!
Femme à la réception lors de notre deuxième plainte fut condescendante et hautaine! Service client nous disant que dire qu’on allait pousser notre plainte plus haut n’allait pas aider notre dossier. Honteux d’assumer qu’on remettra les pieds dans un Ciela Village après un tel retour! C’est aussi sans compter le “sauveteur/secouriste” qui nous a dit d’”aller plus loin” si on ne voulait pas que nos filles de 4 et 1 1/2 ans soient incommodées par des jeunes sautant dans l’eau alors que c’était interdit! En un mot: honte! Honte à vous Ciela Village alors qu’on avoir choisi de revenir!

Liked the spacious pitches, the mature pine trees, the snack bar food was good quality and reasonably priced. All the staff were so helpful.
Disliked having to order bread day before. Would have liked better stocked shop.

The location, the mobile home and the food at the restaurant.
The almost non existing information in english. Especially regarding activities/animation (no programme in eg. english or german and not a single word said in other languages than french).

The veranda as well as the fridge and freezer.
The beds could be better, given the prize of the stay. The two dogs in the mobile home next to us were all over the place. The big white one ofren without a leash, running around, barking, searching for food and scaring kids, adults and other dogs. In the morning they would just let it out of the moble home and then ho back to bed. Very discomforting. We tried to tell them several times, but it still happened every day.

Un petit bémol sur la douche qui est petite, une personne un peu corpulente sera gênée. Canapé en sky spartiate et peu confortable. En ce qui concerne l'extérieur, un peu plus de brise-vue sur le passage et les voisins serait le bienvenu

Bungalow très propre. Nous avions le prestige. Assez spacieux. Cuisine aménagée au top. Bbq sur terrace. Piscine très sympa avec bain bouillonnant. Très bien avec de jeunes enfants également.
